DELIVERY TIME

All orders are prepared and dispatched by our teams within 24 to 48 hours (including weekends and public holidays).

Joii Design® makes international deliveries in Europe and USA only for now.

Our delivery times varies according to the size and availability of the products. In case of heavy product shipping, delivery may take up to 15 to 40 working days. In case of smaller lighter products the delivery varies between 7 to 20 days depending on customs.

For each order placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your shipping confirmation, including your order tracking number.

The choice of carrier may vary according to weight, quantity, product availability and basket value, as well as the country of shipment.
