ARTICLE 1 - Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") apply to all sales concluded by Joii Design ("the Vendor") with consumers ("the Customer") located in Europe, wishing to purchase products offered on the Joii Design website.
These Terms govern the conditions of ordering, payment, delivery, and any returns or exchanges of Products ordered by the Customer.
These Terms may be supplemented by special conditions, as indicated on the website prior to any transaction with the Customer. The applicable version of these Terms is the one in effect on the date of the order.
These Terms apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, particularly those applicable to sales in physical stores or through other distribution channels.
ARTICLE 2 - Products Offered for Sale
The Products offered for sale on the Joii Design website include, but are not limited to:
- Furniture
- Decoration
- Lighting
The main characteristics of the Products, including specifications, illustrations, and dimensions, are presented on the Joii Design website. It is the Customer's responsibility to review this information before placing an order.
The photographs and graphics on the Joii Design website are non-contractual and do not bind the Vendor. Customers should refer to the Product description to understand its features.

The Customer may contact the Vendor regarding these Terms or any issues related to their purchase.
ARTICLE 4 - Orders
4-1. Order Process
Customers select Products on the Joii Design website and complete the order process by following the instructions provided. They are responsible for checking the details of their order, including the total price, before confirming it.
The registration of an order on the Joii Design website is confirmed when the Customer accepts these Terms by checking the appropriate box and validates the order. The sale is final when the Vendor sends a confirmation email to the Customer.
The Vendor reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute concerning payment of a previous order.
4-2. Order Modifications
Modifications to an order must be requested by the Customer via email at support@joiidesign.com before the order is dispatched. The Vendor will accommodate changes where possible, and any changes that are not feasible will result in the Customer being refunded or offered a credit.
4-3. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel orders without penalty at least 2 days before the scheduled dispatch date. Cancellations after this period may incur charges unless the cancellation is due to a force majeure event or the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 5 - Prices and Payment
Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT, where applicable. Prices are subject to change but are fixed at the time of order confirmation.
Payments must be made at the time of order placement using one of the following methods:
- Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, JCB, Discover, Diners Club
- Google Pay
In the event of fraudulent card use, the Customer may request cancellation of the payment.
ARTICLE 6 - Delivery
Products are delivered to European countries within 3 to 14 days from the order's dispatch, depending on the location.
Delivery constitutes the transfer of physical possession of the Product to the Customer. The Vendor is responsible for the Products during shipment until they are delivered to the Customer.
The Vendor will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery times. However, delays may occur.
ARTICLE 7 - Transfer of Ownership and Risk
Ownership of the Products transfers to the Customer upon full payment. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery.
ARTICLE 8 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Vendor via email at support@joiidesign.com. The Products must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories, at the Customer's expense.
The Vendor will refund the Product's price and the initial delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned Product.
ARTICLE 9 - Warranty and Liability
The Vendor warrants that the Products comply with applicable European laws and regulations.
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law.
The Vendor's liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective Products, excluding any other damages.
ARTICLE 10 - Personal Data Protection
The Customer's personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable European data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR). The Vendor collects only the data necessary to process and fulfill orders.
The Customer has the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data. Requests should be sent to support@joiidesign.com.
ARTICLE 11 - Intellectual Property
All content on the Joii Design website is protected by international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
ARTICLE 12 - Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or other force majeure events.
ARTICLE 13 - Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK

By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and agreed to these Terms and is bound by them.
